SHIPPING.

+ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most of my keycaps are made-to-order, so please allow 1-3 weeks for processing. Thank you for your patience! ♡

+ WILL MY ORDER HAVE TRACKING?

All packages are tracked & insured. You will receive an e-mail with tracking once your label has been printed. Vicxenverse will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the post office. In the event that your package is lost/stolen, please contact Vicxenverse and your local post office immediately.

+ CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS?

Please contact Vicxenverse with your order numbers for them to be combined as there is no way to automatically detect this. The additional shipping fee will be refunded and you should receive a notification of a shipping fee refund within 24 hours.

+ CUSTOMS & DUTIES.

Vicxenverse is based in Canada, therefore extra customs/duties/fees may be required upon delivery depending on your local laws. Vicxenverse is not responsible for covering these fees.

GENERAL.

+ RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS.

All sales are final. If you have any issues, please contact Vicxenverse.

If you would like to cancel an order that has not been yet shipped out (meaning you haven't received a tracking link), please contact me and I will return the original amount minus processing fees.

+ DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

At this time, I do not take on any custom orders but I may consider taking on commissions in the future.
